Through our career counselling and career coaching services, you’ll work one-on-one with one of our psychologists, psychotherapists, or counselling therapists. We work with individuals across India and offer sessions in person as well as at a distance, through online video meetings.
While Synapse Future Brains Career Counselling is a private organization that provides fee-based services, many benefits and extended health plans provide coverage for sessions and assessments with our registered practitioners.
Career Counselling
Career counselling is a process that supports individuals with career planning and decision-making.
Our clients are 16 to 65+ and we tailor our career counselling approach to meet each person’s needs. It typically takes between 6 to 8 sessions, as well as an investment of time between sessions, to successfully complete career counselling. Our goal is to help you make a strategic and informed decision so you can feel confident about the choices you make!
Our career counselling process is thorough and involves:

Expanding your career possibilities and then strategically narrowing these options to the best choice(s)

Military to civilian career transitions*
*This unique program has been developed for military personnel planning to enter the civilian workforce. It is based on eight years of successful career development services offered to indians in transition and has been customized for military members in order to support them in translating their military service experience into strengths and abilities familiar to civilians. Specifically, transferable skills mapping as well as exploration of qualities common place to military members, yet coveted in today’s civilian workforce, are explored.
Master’s and Ph.D. level Registered Psychologists offer this program, with added expertise from a highly experienced military leader who has successfully made the military to civilian transition. Up to 8 Career Counselling sessions and 4 Career Advising sessions are included in this program.
